Wait…What’s a softphone? A softphone (soft client telephone, software telephone) is an application program that enables voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone calls from computing devices.
You can use a softphone instead of a feature phone or an embedded web-phone. It allows call processing via computer, but without keeping a browser window open. If you already use softphones, you can easy customize MightyCall to your needs.
Do you need a technical expert for MightyCall softphone setting?
