What kind of support will I get during set-up?

We’ll email you detailed instructions on how to set up (it’s only a few steps and can be done in less than 5 minutes).

If you do get stuck however, you can either call us or we will call you if we see you’ve been having trouble after a few days.

What does mini-CRM functionality mean?

CRM stands for ‘customer relationship manager’ and is software that helps you do just that. While MightyCall is still VoIP at its core, recent upgrades to the service to introduce better contact list management and a note-taking system have expanded our services scope into the realm of a CRM-lite.

Will my existing contacts be available on the system?

You can make calls with MightyCall all over the world, without breaking the bank!

What is a webphone?

We do, for both incoming and outgoing calls. Incoming is easy enough, as it is essentially using your contact list and known callers to identify the call. For outgoing calls—to have your business name show up when you call others—we offer free support and entry into the CNAME database which controls that.

Does MightyCall have Caller ID?

Yes - the system is configured to easily import/export either contacts one-by-one or entire directories.

What does MightyCall do to block spam calls?

We have multiple features in place to save you the time and worry of spam calls. Caller ID and call screening help you avoid suspicious calls and we actively run our database to block known spam numbers from getting through. Even if a call does get through though, you can block it forever from your call history with our Black List feature.
