What is FreedomVoice?

FreedomVoice is a virtual phone system built with small businesses in mind. Since 1996, they’ve helped over 200,000 entrepreneurs and teams stay connected and present a more professional image. The company is based in Encinitas, California, and works mainly with customers in the USA and Canada.

In 2016, it became part of the GoDaddy family. The service was renamed CloudNumber, but we’ll keep calling it FreedomVoice to make things easier. Since the acquisition, there have been no significant updates or new features, and the product hasn’t kept pace with the competition. Existing customers likely still access services through legacy portals, but no new development has occurred so far.

MightyCall, founded in 2013 and based in San Francisco, is a cloud-based phone system built for small and medium-sized businesses. The goal is simple: help companies stay connected without breaking the bank or requiring a technical team.
