Google Voice allows me to have a second phone number instead of using my own personal phone number. This protects my personal phone number from scams and cold calls by screening the calls first before answering them. It is also great to receive text messages from sms marketing.

I never have any connection issues. Anytime I have a qustion I get a fast respone from a support agent. As an admin I like that I can see the break down of calls from each agent. I also like how I can customize basically everything. We have two support staff in office and others at different locations. Mighty calls allows us to all be able connect not only with our clients, but with each other.
