Cost Recovery Fees

MIGHTYCALL
COST RECOVERY FEES
EFFECTIVE DATE: September 1, 2025

MightyCall Compliance and Administrative Cost Recovery Fee:

This fee is used to recover some or all of certain costs that MightyCall incurs, including government-imposed fees, such as the Federal Regulatory Fee, Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS), LNP and STI-GA, etc., including the costs associated with:

  1. calculation and payment of those and other fees and taxes;
  2. compliance with regulatory requirements, including but not limited to accessibility, numbering, privacy, anti-fraud, caller ID authentication, dialing, etc.;
  3. obtaining and managing phone numbers, receiving calls from third-party provider networks, and terminating calls on such third-party networks,
  4. certain network facilities and services, and the operation, protection, and maintenance of necessary network infrastructure; and
  5. some administrative costs associated with providing its services.

The fee does not include federal or state Universal Service Fund fees. Though assessed widely in the market, this fee is not a tax, nor is it mandated by any level of government or government agency.

Emergency Service Fee:

This is a monthly recurring service fee that MightyCall charges for providing emergency calling services (e.g., 911 and E911) to its VoIP customers who make and receive calls to and from the PSTN. Customers are charged the E911 Recovery Fee at the same rate for all applicable lines. This is not a government-mandated charge.
