Use Call Screening Feature to Avoid Undesired Calls

Of course, with MightyCall you don’t lose the power to see who’s calling you. If you prefer not to take that call, you can simply send it to your MightyCall voicemail!

Call Screening can be switched on within your “Personal Settings” or through the “My Team” section. When you receive a call from MightyCall with Call Screening enabled, you will hear a voice menu with the following options:​

1 Accept the call The call will be connected to you
2 Redirect the call to voicemail The caller will be redirected to your personal voicemail inbox
3 Redirect the call to voicemail and set the status to DND The caller will be redirected to your voicemail inbox and your personal status will be set to Do-not-Disturb
