How to add the MightyCall ConnectHub App to your Wix site

You can add the MightyCall ConnectHub app to your site in two different areas of Wix: The Wix editor and your Wix Dashboard. Here’s how to do that:

Adding the App via the Wix Website Editor

  • Edit your site in the Wix editor.
  • Open the Wix App Market and click the MightyCall ConnectHub app.
  • Click on the “Add to Site” button.
  • A customizable “Contact-Us” widget will be added to your site.
  • Double click on the widget or click on the “App Settings” button to configure your app.
  • Create a new or connect an existing MightyCall account to start using and configuring the app. A valid email is required. You will be able to disconnect your account and use it in another.
  • Wix site if needed.

How to create a MightyCall account:

Click on the “App Settings” button. Click on the “Create one” link.

Fill in the registration form (First and Last Name, Contact Phone, Email and Password). Then click on the “Sign-up” button.

How to connect your existing MightyCall account:

  • Click on the “Connect account” button.
  • Enter your MightyCall login (email) and password. Click on the “Connect” button.
  • * Note you will be able to disconnect your MightyCall account if needed.

Configuring your “Contact Us” widget

After creating or connecting an account, you can configure your contact-us widget:

Specify Your Business Contact Information:

  • Company Name.
  • Address — this address will be used in the map for directions.
  • Contact Phone.
  • Email.

Customize your Widget Design. You can change:

  • Background.
  • Button Color.
  • Border Color.
  • Font.

Customize your Business Hours — you can configure your Business Hours under this tab to make them available to your customers on your Contact Us page.

Adding the App via the your Wix dashboard

You can add the MightyCall ConnectHub app from your Wix Dashboard as well:

  • Go to your Wix website’s dashboard and click on the “ConnectHub” app.
  • Click the “Add App” button.​

Using the activity queue and dashboard

The ConnectHub dashboard is the place where you can manage all your customer requests. You can review and respond to requests received via your website, messages and mention on Facebook and Twitter, Emails and business phone calls. You can also use the dashboard for editing advanced features of your contact-us widget and managing the powerful phone system (premium feature).

Upgrading the App from the Wix editor

Edit your Site in the WiX Editor.

  • Double click on the Contact-Us widget or click on the “App Settings” button.
  • Click on the “Upgrade this App” button.
  • Click on the “Upgrade this App” button.
  • Fill in the form and click on the “Submit Purchase” button.

Method 1:
  • In the Wix dashboard, click the “Grow Your Business” tab and click “My Apps.”
  • Click on the “Upgrade” button.
  • Fill in the form and click on the “Submit Purchase” button.
Method 2:
  • In the Wix dashboard, select the app and click on the “Open App” button.
  • Click on the Upgrade button. Fill in the form and click on the Submit Purchase button.
