2025 was a BIG year for MightyCall.

We didn’t just develop and ship features — we improved and cemented their foundation.

MightyCall continues its mission to build a better call center platform for small and mid-sized teams. However, in 2025, we invested heavily in strengthening our product’s reliability. The result is a call center platform that’s simple to use, easy to manage, and powerful enough to support high-volume outbound calling. All of that beauty without the complexity or cost of enterprise software.

High availability & seamless redundancy infrastructure

This was our most important release of the year — and the backbone of everything that followed after that.

In 2025, we upgraded MightyCall’s infrastructure so you can stay connected even when something goes wrong. If one system or region has an issue, calls automatically continue through another. Zero disruption for agents or customers. This means no dropped calls or unexpected downtime. MightyCall is truly the platform teams can rely on during busy outbound campaigns and peak calling hours.
This foundation now powers all high-volume outbound calling in MightyCall, making it one of the most reliable solutions for SMB and mid-market teams running large outbound operations.

We build our product with a user in mind. We always listen to our customer feedback — and we ship what teams actually ask for. In 2025, that meant doubling down on outbound efficiency, usability, and control.

10-line predictive dialer with manual control

Our team has put a lot of effort into improving outbound calling efficiency and agent experience.

Now, an agent can dial up to 10 lines while keeping full manual control when needed. This, in return, can help teams reach more leads faster without sacrificing compliance, flexibility, or call quality.

Only a few outbound call center platforms offer this level of dialing power with built-in manual control, and they’re designed specifically for real-world SMB workflows.
