We’re proud to share that MightyCall has been named No. 588 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, Inc. Magazine’s annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. We won’t pretend that doesn’t feel good. But if you ever talk to anyone on our team, you’ll know the ranking isn’t really the forefront of our story.
The story behind the number
MightyCall started in 2013 with a pretty simple idea: small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same quality of communication tools that big enterprises have always had access to, without building a dedicated IT department or an enterprise budget. That idea hasn’t changed in thirteen years.
What’s changed is how much further we can now take it. Inbound and outbound calling that just works, auto attendants and call routing that make a two-person team sound like a twenty-person team. Also, AI features like automated call summaries, voicemail transcription, and answering machine detection are the game-changers that save people hours every week.
Every bit of growth behind this ranking is really a growth in trust — thousands of small businesses deciding, one call at a time, that we’re worth relying on.
A word from our CEO
We asked Dmitri Lepikhov, MightyCall’s CEO, to reflect on the milestone:
“I’ve been part of this team for a long time, and honestly, this recognition belongs to them more than to me,” said Dmitri Lepikhov, CEO of MightyCall. “Every day, our team shows up for small businesses who don’t have a big IT department or a huge budget. Just a phone line and a lot riding on it. Growing like this doesn’t happen because of one decision. It happens because a lot of people cared enough to get the details right, again and again. It’s about consistency.

What’s next
