Group call alerts

Increase the ability of your team to respond to customers by implementing call groups such as for sales or support.  When calls are routed to the call group MightyCall can perform one of several alerting options including:

  • RingBlast – simultaneously alerts every phone number that is assigned to the call group. The first person to respond to the alert will receive the call.
  • Sequential alerting – group members are alerted one at a time starting with the first member of the group. The same sequence repeats with every call to the group.
  • Round-robin alerting – group members are alerted one at a time starting at the beginning of the list. Subsequent call alerts begin with the next group member in line.
